SALARY: GBP18-GBP21k basic salary + company benefits

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to support the launch of a new website and manage its customer enquries, based out of their head office in Sevenoaks, Kent.

WHAT IS THE JOB DOING?
Working within a fast paced office environment you will be tasked with managing customer service enquires of a brand new website. Reporting directly into the Underwriting Team Manager, the main responsibilities of the role include:
*Acting as a key point of contact for clients within the business in regards to their customer service enquiries
*Responding to customer general online support queries and aiming to resolve these in a professional and timely manner
*Building a good rapport with clients over the phone and taking ownership of your calls
*Assisting in the launch of the new website by providing accurate, helpful feedback in regards to customer problems and supporting the team in the testing of the new website
*Compiling reports and spreadsheets for clients as requested
*Providing adhoc support to the Underwriting Team Manager
GBP18-GBP21k basic salary + company benefits package after qualifying period
