HR Platforms Business Analyst - Reward (Workday) - Global Bank. A leading global investment bank are introducing a new HR Platforms capability and have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst to play a key role on the platform implementation.

As a Business Analyst you will have a robust understanding of HR management, process and change projects, as well as a track record on large scale systems implementations, working either form an operations or an IT perspective. This will entail working on business process and systems change, systems launches, working on business requirements and functional requirements.

You should apply for this role if you are/have:

* 5+ years' experience within Information Systems / MI within a global matrixed organisation
* Track record on large scale HR platform change projects, preferably Workday implementations
* Robust understanding of HR processes and management practices within global firms
* Exposure to Reward / Performance is highly desirable
* Strong analytical capability and end-to-end structured business analysis skills
* Experience with SQL and SSR is highly advantageous but not required
* Robust skills with Excel and Access
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

This is a GBP550-GBP650/day contract role based London initially for six months.
