Children's Service Improvement & Development Manager
Development & Improvement Manager - Children's Social Care - Local Authority - South East
Panoramic Associates are working with a local authority client in the South-East who require an experience Service Improvement Manager for the children's social services.
As a successful candidate, you will be working in conjunction with the Assistant director in order to provide service improvement planning and implementation. Duties include;
??Responsibility for leading the implementation of service improvement programme for children's social care
??Developing performance framework for social workers across multiple aspects of children's social care
??Develop commissioning and stakeholder relationships
??Responsibility for continuous best practise challenge
??Contribute to strategic and operational management decisions
??Develop new models of delivery for services
??Inspection preparation / mock inspections
??Ability to simplify complex children's service issues
The assignment is available for an initial 3-6-month basis, which is likely to extend and provides a very enticing rate for the right applicant. Qualifications required include:
??Professional qualification in Social Work & HCPC registration is desirable but not essential
??Proven leadership experience and ability to work at a strategic level whilst having expertise in front line practise
??A recent and proven record of success as a Service Manager/Head of service (with references offered/ provided
