* Review new regulation, consultation documents, regulatory proposals and stakeholder requirements documentation
* Define business requirements and functional specifications based on interpretation of regulation, consultation documents etc
* Liaise with all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure requirements are understood, complete and signed off
* Produce project documentation for the Information Management Services team including: Business Requirements, Non Functional Requirements, System Impact Analysis, Target Operating Model, UAT Scope, Operating Procedures
* Maintain the validity and integrity of documentation throughout the project, including any changes
* Communicate effectively to all relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives and outcomes
* Update or create SLA's as applicable to ensure ongoing service performance meets expectations
* Identify whether new services are required to meet business requirements
* Document regulatory reporting data attributes through data modelling to streamline and optimise reporting capabilities
* Undertake knowledge transfer to Business Operations staff
* Participate in the definition of the end solution and progress requirements into development phase
* Lead / facilitate workshops to identify and capture requirements
* Ensure proper sign off procedures are followed.
* Create presentations to communicate key impacts and solutions address queries from stakeholders
* Co-ordinate training of relevant operational and support staff to ensure smooth transition into BAU
