HR Process Engineer
HR Process Engineer - Insurance/Six Sigma/Simplification/Process/Human Resources
This role will involve applying Lean and Six Sigma expertise to large HR programmes designed to drive continuous process improvement or process efficiency. The role requires a good knowledge of HR processes and how to improve them. The ability to leverage knowledge of formal process improvements techniques (Lean, Six Sigma) must be coupled with a pragmatic approach to working with people of different backgrounds and skills to implement effective and sustainable change.
The successful candidates will be qualified in Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodology (including use of statistical and quantitative methods). You will be experienced with Lean process improvement methodology, previous experience of implementing process change from initiation through to post-change stabilisation, experience of flexing the use of tools and mythology to fit the working environment. You will demonstrate exposure to implementing process changes within a financial services organisation, have knowledge of process management concepts and frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, Systems Thinking, etc.) and statistical analysis tools. Candidates will be expected to have good knowledge of HR processes.
