Office Manager - Sexual Offences Investigation Team (SOIT)

The Role
The Sexual Offences Investigation Team (SOIT) is seeking an experienced administrator to support the team based at Surrey Police Headquarters, Guildford.

The SOIT consists of both police officers and police staff responsible for keeping people safe through the investigation of adult rape and serious sexual offending.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide professional high quality administrative support services to colleagues and managers to promote the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.

Skills & Experience
To be successful, the post holder will have well developed interpersonal abilities and both written and verbal communication skills with previous experience in dealing with people in a customer focused or administrative environment.

It is critical that individuals are accurate, highly motivated, well organised and possess excellent time management and IT skills together with a high level of integrity understanding the need for confidentiality and security of all operational material which may come into their possession, some of which may be of a sensitive nature.
