We are currently hiring for a Full Stack Ruby on Rails Engineer to focus on the backend of our complex SaaS product, this product is currently being used by the likes of Microsoft, HMRC and also other large brands to improve the effectiveness of their help desk. It is a unique application that will bring all of the communication feeds into one platform allowing for improved efficiency of helpdesks and customer service environments. The Full Stack Ruby Developer will be working predominantly on the backend where the main platform is built in Ruby on Rails, with a complex NodeJS API linking multiple components of the platform together. There may also be a need to pitch in on the front end which is built in React but no prior experience is needed. From the successful Ruby Engineer we are first and foremost looking for an applicant with good knowledge around OOP and experience working on the API layer, not necessarily building them from scratch but getting involved in modifications and integrations. The second criteria we will be looking for you to demonstrate is knowledge around Native JS as this will be key in helping you learn NodeJS and become better equipped at using it.
