Customer Service Advisor
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service advisor to join our clients busy customer service department!
The company is a blue chip, well known, ever expanding organisation.
Based in central Watford the smart and modern offices are easily accessible by bus, train and car.
You will possess great communication skills verbally and written, be well presented and keen to learn.
Your day to day duties will include -
- Answering customers queries via telephone and email
- Investigating and resolving customer queries in a timely manner
- Liasing with other departments
- Sending letters to customers
- Using internal systems to log and create references
- Updating spreadsheets and internal systems with customer details
This is a full time role with two alternating shifts 9am - 5pm and 10am - 6pm. You will also be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays.
