Exclusive Event: Customer Service / Hosts
Our Client is an international organisation, whom is holding a large scale conference event for clients, VIPs and delegates. There will be over 1,000 people participating in the event and the client is looking for switched on, flexible and reliable individuals to make a difference with their assistance!
This is a 1 day event taking place in Westminster on 21st September, hours between 7am - 6pm including lunch on site. You must be able to attend essential training on 20th September. This will be for 2 hours although you will be paid for 4.
The event will be held over 6 floors and therefore you will be providing fantastic customer service to the participants, hosting / ushering them ensuring they knoW where they need to go, handing out business information, ensuring they are looked after, answer any immediate queries etc.
Therefore you will need to be excellent communicators, with fantastic customer service, well presented, switched on and fluent in English. Mandarin and Cantonese speakers highly desirable also!!
