German speaking Team Secretary - Central London - to GBP30,000 pa

SALARY

GBP25,000 -GBP30,000 pa, plus excellent benefits including

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a prestigious firm with a global presence. Working within the German speaking team and reporting to a Partner, you will be expected to have an exceptional attention to detail, a high level of professionalism and the ability to prioritise and work independently as well as within a team.

You will specifically support one German speaking Partner as well as assisting other German speaking staff to provide a top quality and efficient service to the German speaking clients.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Diary management
  • Liaising with German speaking clients
  • Assisting with administrative projects and reporting
  • Organising international travel
  • Covering reception from time to time on a rota basis

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Fluency in German and English
  • Some previous experience as a Team Secretary or Administrator
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
