About the role

We have been onsite with our client, ICE (Intercontinental Exchange), for the past 9 months; before that, we were on site with IDC, who are now part of the ICE family. We're part of the furniture.

Now that we are firmly bedded in with some major process changes made, we are reinvigorating our on-site recruitment delivery team in their prestigious Moorgate head office.

Reporting into the Onsite Lead, you'll be a key part of our team. We're constantly looking for new ways to improve our solution, and your ideas and experience will contribute to that. You'll be responsible for providing MI and reporting, as well as vital administrative support to the team and will work closely with our client's HR function, supporting the onboarding process. This includes arranging interviews, sending out contracts and ensuring that everyone is where they need to be. It's a complicated role which needs you to have fantastic attention to details and a real commitment to your colleagues' success.

This is an ideal position for a strong administrator looking for a greater challenge closer to the coal face, or for a recruitment administrator looking for an opportunity to move into a recruiting role in a delivery-focused environment where excellence is our watchword. We have a robust and mature environment; commit to us, and we'll happily commit to your career development.

About You

You will have a proven track record as an administrator, ideally within a recruitment environment. You will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment and consider yourself an effective problem solver, strong at identifying and implementing processes and procedures that improve your and your team's overall efficiency. Data excites you and you enjoy varied admin tasks from excel reporting to interview scheduling and writing contracts.

As you'll be dealing with large amounts of sensitive data, excellent attention to detail is a must.

You are energetic and enthusiastic; a team player with the confidence and experience to manage your own workload, make decisions and anticipate the needs of others. You are calm and unflappable, able to work at speed and get involved at all levels.
