Personal Assistant - Private Equity - Permanent - GBP33,000 - West End

An upbeat Private Equity company are looking for a Personal Assistant to join their team to support the Senior Management Team.

Duties include:

Detailed diary management for all internal and external meetings and appointments, using insight and decision making skills with regards to rescheduling and juggling meetings
* Booking meeting rooms and making appropriate arrangements for visitors
* Travel arrangements - book all travel, accommodation and entertainment for meetings and trips in and outside of London, including flights, trains, cabs, hotels, restaurants etc
* Being fully aware of Directors' diaries and upcoming meetings to enable them to work more efficiently and plan ahead where possible
* PA / Administration requirements to include typing correspondence / minutes, directing telephone calls, preparing documents, agendas, briefing notes for meetings, maintaining and managing a bring forward system, drafting documents for proof reading - all to the highest of standards
* Filtering emails and highlighting those that require urgent attention
* Filtering post ensuring it is dealt with promptly and that invoices are signed off and distributed accordingly and in a timely manner
* Preparing detailed PowerPoint presentations, statistical graphs and financial information for key client meetings, and Operating Board meetings
* Preparation of expense claim forms (both company credit card & cash)
* Use planning, delegation & project management skills to coordinate tasks and projects whilst adhering to strict deadlines
* Filing, photocopying and stationery upkeep
* Ensure team holiday requests are reviewed and dealt with, subsequently being entered into relevant diaries. Track days outstanding, ensure adequate cover and handover reports are done before holidays
* Manage events budget ensuring all events are booked on time and within annual budget
* Ensuring team 121s are effectively planned, prepared for and documents maintained up to date
* Establishing and identifying working patterns between yourself and your Directors is imperative in the smooth running of your and their working life
