An opportunity has arisen for the position of Project Support Officer in the City of London's City Public Realm Team within the Department of the Built Environment. The role provides technical support to Project Officers and Senior Managers in the delivery of major street improvement projects, strategies and on-street art and place activation programmes. The post involves carrying out site based research and providing support and analysis of public consultation processes. You will also be expected to take responsibility for reporting on the progress and monitoring of projects and strategies, preparing funding and award applications, and publicising the work of the team. There is also an opportunity to support the delivery of the City's 'Sculpture in the City' programme, now a major internationally recognised sculpture exhibition. A passion for the subject and plenty of enthusiasm are non-negotiable requirements.
