Administrator A great opportunity for an experienced Administrator Affinity Trust is a national charity dedicated to providing high-quality, personalised support to adults with learning disabilities. Position: Administrator Location: St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex Contract type: Full Time, Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary: GBP18,523.40 Benefits: 23 days annual leave (increasing with service) plus 8 bank holidays (pro rata for part time staff), contributory pension scheme, excellent training and development opportunities, childcare vouchers, employee assistance scheme and occupational health support. About the Role: In this role you will provide general office support, take phone calls, direct messages appropriately, deal with incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining efficient filing systems, as required, welcome visitors, respond to general office enquiries and be the central point of contact for the area. You will support all aspects of the recruitment process using the Applicant Tracking System, from placing adverts, organising interviews and entering new employee details on to the personnel system. Ensure all clearances and references are in place prior to the new employees start date in line with sector standards. You will support your Operations Manager and Divisional Director with diary management, book travel/accommodation; make arrangements for visitors as required. Collating reports as and when required. Occasional travelling is required to our two main offices in Ashford and Oxfordshire About You: To be successful you will have previous experience in an administrative role. You will be a confident communicator; both verbally and written. Enjoy working in a busy role where you will be able to use your skills at managing different priorities. You will be organised and ensure deadlines are met. You will have a proactive, can-do approach and professional approach, and work effectively within a team. Attention to detail, minute taking, enthusiasm to learn and the ability to maintain confidentiality along with good IT skills, essentially in Word and Excel.
