Data Quality and Reporting Manager

We are looking for a Data Quality and Reporting Manager with previous experience in the field, to join our Operations Team. We are the leading provider of mental health literacy training in England, would you like to join our talented team? The Operations Team is the heart of any organisation. One of the areas we take ownership of is our newly implemented IT system, developed and maintained on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and AdxStudio. Our new CRM system hosts all our company contacts, organisations, course deliveries/training programmes, course evaluations and membership fee records to name just a few of its exciting features! You will be the first point of contact for all internal enquiries to produce reports or provide information in regards to our company's operations. You'll need to confidently liaise with all stakeholders following data requests and decipher what information is needed to complete the task in hand. You'll use your initiative and detective skills to extract data that people didn't even know they were looking for and be able to present these in an understandable format. You'll be the go to person for data finding exercises and train others how to self-serve where needed. You'll be able to communicate to all staff levels and IT abilities appropriately, and guide the Data Handlers on best practice when it comes to data handling and processing. The job in hand will also include assisting with our on-going data cleansing activities on historic data, to date we have trained over 180,000 people in Mental Health First Aid skills in addition to over 1,500 instructors. It's vitally important that you have the tenacity to guard our data to ensure it is of the highest quality possible. We need to see responsibility of data version control, introduction of data processes and procedures and routine quality checking principles from the get go. The successful candidate will also have a proven track record of technical knowledge and good understanding of the principles and implementation of ETL, data quality management and data protection, analyse data, share information and make recommendations for improvements, appropriate MS Office 365 skills, Dynamics CRM, SharePoint and CMS products and strong scripting skills in data languages such as SQL. You will be highly organised, self-motivated, have a positive can-do attitude and enjoy working as part of a team as well as being career focused and eager to learn and share ideas. Attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders are all essential skills required within this role.
