Examinations Administrator (Full time)
Salary: GBP19,530.06 FTE per annum
Based in Weybridge, with some flexibly to travel to Ashford
We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who has the ability to follow procedures, plan and prioritise own workload and work as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have relevant administrative experience, strong IT skills, experience of dealing with a high volume of work in a cyclical work pattern and excel in working in a busy, customer service focused environment. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
The successful candidate will provide an efficient and effective exam service to students and staff; including the maintenance of accurate records of student examination entries and achievement using the College Information System. This role involves working closely with the external Awarding Bodies to ensure that the College complies with their procedures including entry, registration, document security and other examination protocols.
Although this full time post is based at the Weybridge Campus you will be required to cover examinations at Ashford Campus and outreach Adult Education Centres. This will be both during the daytime and occasionally in the evening; therefore a degree of flexibility around working hours and travel is required.
