AI Regulatory Solutions Consultant:
Clarivate analytics is looking for an experienced regulatory intelligence professional to work in partnership with internal stakeholders and customers to create and deliver dynamic regulatory solutions.
The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Regulatory Consultant will be responsible for working with customers focused on AI in the regulatory domain, as well as supporting pre-sales activities, delivery and project management on assigned projects.
The successful candidate will have a strong regulatory intelligence background with direct experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically: familiar with drug pipeline, development / approval / marketing, regulatory concepts in US, EU and Japan. Additionally, the candidate must have a strong technical background.
Major Areas of Accountability:
Business development (30%)
o Support for any received Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Price (RFPs).
o Work with professional services colleagues to provide robust effort estimates for scoped projects.
o Support the creation of customer facing materials to support commercial discussions such as samples.
o Contribute to new services offerings in the regulatory Artificial Intelligence (AI) domain.
Project Delivery Support (70%)
o Become an integral member of the delivery team within the Life Sciences Professional Services group.
o Act as a point of contact for the customer throughout a project's lifecycle.
o Act as a project manager for regulatory professional services to ensure successful delivery of each assigned project; which includes coordination and tracking.
o Escalate any project risks and delivery issues to the Manager, Regulatory Services for action and resolution.
o Support and delivers small pilot projects to validate understanding between the proposed solution and customer needs identified during the sales process.
o Support the delivery of non-regulatory professional services as required and agreed with both their direct and matrix managers.
o Deliver on routine projects and single requests.
Qualification and Experience:
o Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in life sciences or Master's degree in life sciences
o Knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical device regulatory affairs / regulatory intelligence across a given geographic area (e.g. Europe or North America) mandatory (familiar with drug pipeline, development / approval / marketing, regulatory concepts).
o Knowledge of Cortellis for Regulatory Intelligence content and platform desirable.
o Experience in supporting regulatory professional services or projects desirable.
o Customer facing or customer service experience desirable.

o Fluent in English is essential with a second language highly desirable.
o Highly proficient with a thorough understanding of enabling technologies.
