Support Network Officer
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our small and dedicated Support Network team. If you are looking to gain experience working in the charity sector and volunteer management, this could be the role for you. We are looking for a Support Network Officer to provide administrative duties to aid the success of our varied and busy support network. The role is 21 hours per week to be worked flexibly, including some hours on a Friday. The role includes coordinating the recruitment of volunteers, liaison with all support volunteers, setting up and monitoring the helpline rota and operation, monitoring our HealthUnlocked forum and volunteers, assisting the support groups, updating records through a database, updating the website, and other administrative tasks. You will be instrumental in ensuring we provide a high standard of support and information to anybody affected by endometriosis. Endometriosis UK is the leading UK charity that supports women living with endometriosis. Formed in 1981, we offer information and support to women with endometriosis through our website, facilitating support groups, providing information leaflets and factsheets, an online forum and a free helpline.
