The company is in the process of taking its financial systems and processes to the next level of growth and requires a highly driven Netsuite Systems Administrator to join the Finance Team in the London head office.Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, responsibilities will include owning and controlling our Netsuite system, reviewing of all newly commissioned Finance systems as well as developing a future-proof strategy on how to best interlink the various systems whilst catering for rapidly scaling operations. If you are passionate about innovative technology, enterprise architecture and business processes, then you are fit for the role.SkillsFinance, Excel, SQL, Adaptive, FinTech, VBA Macro, ReconArt, Netsuite qualifiedSectorsKey tasks include, but are not limited to:Own, administer and configure Netsuite OneWorld and create functional specifications;Ensure systems controls and segregation of duties;Understand roles and permissions in Netsuite and create/maintain as needed;Custom fields/segments;Highlight weaknesses in thesystem and propose solutions and work-arounds;Liaise with key stakeholders to agree on the systems strategy;Use technical knowledge to assess different proposed solutions and providers and work with IT to build the system specification. Leverage on Netsuite OneWorld system.Ensure that the Finance department and other departments are fully trained and encourage the optimisation of the system;Link other Oracle products to Netsuite such as Adaptive; ensure all controls are in place;Document business processes and ERP requirements; ensure process improvement for dashboards, reports and saved searches;Work closely with the Finance Team and IT to gain an understanding of the existing finance processes and systems;Work with finance team to identify the accounting and management information needs of the business; make recommendations for suitable solutions fit for integration with the operational platform;Use database query skills to extract ad-hoc data for reporting and analysis;Act as a service point/support desk for the business with regards to Netsuite and related products;Other ad-hoc requests
