Provide high quality, effective administrative support for the Customer Director; this will include comprehensive and proactive diary management involving scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms, preparing meeting paperwork for the Director and managing the administration for the Director's office. The post holder is required to work in a flexible way and undertake any other duties reasonably requested by line management which are commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility of this post. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (calendars), Word, PowerPoint and Excel are essential.
