As a Senior Paid Media Analyst, you will work with some of the UK's major brands. You will be responsible for the successful development and implementation of campaigns and reporting across paid search, social, display, native, and other biddable platforms, for clients in a range of industries including travel, retail and finance. We will give you the autonomy and responsibility to manage your accounts and, of course, provide structure and support along the way.ABOUT YOUYou have a good head for numbers and working with large sets of dataYou have a good understanding of Business, B2B and B2C modelsYou love uncovering trends in data and analysisYou are clever, forward thinking, and are able to use your own initiativeYou have a strong desire to compete and a drive to succeedYou have honesty and authenticityYou have a values driven attitudeWHAT WILL YOU DOManage a portfolio of Found's largest paid media campaigns, working across an exciting and diverse range of platforms, including paid search, social, display, native and video.Work with the Head of Paid Media to develop Found's paid offering, services and best practises.Train Junior Analysts and wider teams across Found.Work with clients to set KPIs for campaigns and ensure performance is monitored closely against client goals and contractual requirements.Develop and maintain close and productive client relationships as well as have the ability to identify new business opportunities from existing clients.Develop a strong insight into each client's campaign(s) and provide well-informed, strategic and timely advice to both clients and internal departments in order to continually optimise activity.On a day-to-day basis, communicate directly with mid-level stakeholders; attending or leading meetings, creating campaign plans and implementing them as required.Create and provide campaign performance reports and ensure they are shared and communicated well to the client.If necessary, be comfortable reporting any potential issues or concerns with management, if you believe escalation may be required.Maintain an in-depth understanding of the financial status of accounts at all times.Work with the Client Leadership and Sales teams to provide forecasts and presentations.Keep up to date with the latest changes in the paid landscape and ensure these are communicated clearly internally.OUR REQUIREMENTSYou have 2 years+ experience in Paid MediaYou have experience in Paid Social (desired but not essential)You are proficient in using GAYou have experience with double-click and other third party management tools (desired but not essential)You have a good understanding of how other digital channels integrate with PPCYou have a good, confident grasp of the MS Office suite, Excel in particularSkillsPPC, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Doubleclick, Paid MediaSectorsQuestionsTell us about your relevant Paid Media experienceWhat makes a Founder?We LOVE food!
