Professional Indemnity Broker, London paying up to GBP60,000 + Company benefits
This role will see you primarily responsible for maximising sales to existing accounts through renewals/retention business goals.
Maintain and develop contacts with clients for new and existing business
Increase business outcome by identifying new and additional exposures, recommending solutions, promoting other products and maintaining relationships
Be responsible for achieving sales targets through the smooth and efficient operating of the team
Support senior management to manage and improve the team performance through the development of trained and high performing team members
Knowledge of general insurance (London Market / Lloyd's)
Cert CII/ Dip CII/ (Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications) desirable
Strong team sales management experience gained in a commercial setting
Co-ordination skills to control the distribution of workload to maximise productivity, maintain high output quality and achieve SLAs and KPI's
Tactical negotiation and influencing experience with internal/external stakeholders
