Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm

Salary: GBP18,00-20,000 DOE

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Customer Service Administrator.

What the role involves

  • Managing holidays and sickness for workers
  • Taking inbound calls
  • Liaising with HR department as well as Account Managers
  • Arranging training days for other staff
  • Co-ordinating overtime forms to the Payroll Department
  • Supporting with day to day running such as complaints, updating and archiving
  • Processing orders (email & phone)
  • Updating training records and manuals
  • Updating diaries, booking rooms, room prep
  • Contacting customers via email, letters and telephone
  • Processing orders (email & phone)
  • Other general office administration
